A teenage girl in the suburbs becomes convinced that her mom’s new boyfriend is the serial killer terrorizing the town, and will stop at nothing to prove it.

The film follows the relationship between bullied student Shelly, whose home life is in shambles, and wealthy eccentric Wes, with no friends and issues with women. Things take a turn when Wes offers to become Shelly’s guardian.
